ההשכלה הגבוהה בעידן הפוסט קורונה

עולם ההשכלה הגבוהה חווה טלטלה עם פרוץ מגפת הקורונה, והמעבר המידי והמלא להוראה וללמידת חירום מרחוק החל ממרס 2020. תהליכים אלו מעוררים מחשבה ועשויים לעצב מחדש את פני ההוראה והלמידה במוסדות ההשכלה הגבוהה בעתיד. במקביל הם מהווים מרחב מרתק והזדמנות להתבוננות אקדמית, רב-תחומית ובין תחומית.

The world of higher education was deeply shaken by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, and by the immediate and full shift to distance learning starting in March 2020. These processes demand further thought, as they may redefine teaching and learning in academic institutes in the future. At the same time, they serve as an intriguing opportunity for multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary academic observation.

הכנס יהווה מנוף לעיצוב מסמכי עמדה, במטרה להשפיע על פני מערכת ההשכלה הגבוהה בטווח הקרוב ובטווח הרחוק. במסגרת הכנס נבקש להתמודד עם שאלות דוגמת: פני ההשכלה הגבוהה לאן? מהם התפקידים של המרצים ושל הסטודנטים בעולם משתנה? כיצד ייראו בעתיד הקמפוסים וכיתות הלימוד? כיצד השתנה מקומם של קורסי ה- MOOC? אלו שינויים יחולו, אם בכלל במעמדה ובאופייה של הלמידה מרחוק? מהשאלות הללו נגזרו הנושאים המרכזים בהם יעסוק הכנס.

The conference will help facilitate position papers aiming to influence the higher education system in the short and long terms. We will try to deal with questions such as: Where is higher education headed? What are the roles of instructors and students in a changing world? What will campuses and classrooms look like in the future? How will the position of MOOCs change? What changes, if any, will there be in the status and shape of distance learning? The main subjects of the conference will be derived from these questions.
